Located in the centre of Siem Reap, Siem Reap Brewpub is an innovative microbrewery with a wide selection of beers produced by expert brewers in a separate room right next to the dining area. This microbrewery hosts a restaurant and a bar with delicious foods to enjoy along with your delicious beer. Siem Reap Brewpub caters to people who enjoy the rich aromas of freshly brewed beers. A six-pack of bottled beers might be good enough for enjoying a Sunday football game or when you’re having a backyard barbecue, but only true connoisseurs can appreciate the fragrance and tang of fresh brews.

Siem Reap Brewpub has a unique selling proposition. Not only are these beers brewed inside the restaurant, but you can also actually see the brewers at work. The main dining room is right next to the room where the brewers work their magic, with nothing but a clear glass wall between them. The result is extraordinary brews, with lip-smacking tastes and nose-tingling aromas. All the ingredients are fresh, with quality malt from Germany, craft yeast from New Zealand, and hops from Australia. This project is Neo’s brainchild, a hobbyist brewer who turned his passion into a profession. He opened his first homebrew store in 2014 in Singapore, but he extended his business in the following years, leading various tours, beer tasting and brewing sessions. Since then, Neo has won various awards for his ales and lagers and continued to develop his skills.

Some of the beers you can enjoy at his Siem Reap Brewpub are the delicate, sweet Blonde Ale with a floral hops tang, the bitter, fruity and malty India Pale Ale, or Saison Ale, with its authentic Cambodian taste of lemongrass and peppercorn aftertaste. Siem Reap Brewpub isn’t just a microbrewery, though. You can also enjoy the attached restaurant and bar, painted in classic colour schemes and authentic Khmer elements. The restaurant’s design enhances your appetite for both food and fresh brews, while the indoor and outdoor chairs are comfortable and inviting for those long hours that pass as quickly as seconds if spent in the company of close friends. Siem Reap Brewpub is open each day between 11 am to 11 pm, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the house specials.
