Opened in 2004, Abacus restaurant, French fine dining has become one of Siem Reap’s landmark eating and drinking spots. Abacus restaurant, is a French Gastronomic Restaurant that serves the finest local and imported products, paired with an extensive list of wines from France and the New World.
Abacus relocated from Siem Reap’s Old French Quarter in early 2009 to an expansive new garden property. The elegant new Abacus was designed by the award-winning French-Khmer architect duo Lisa Ros and Ivan Tizianel. It is composed by a luminous air-conditioned dining room, a beautiful terrace in a tropical garden and a private dining room for groups of up to fourteen.
Chef Yann POILLOT, experienced French Chef and his team will be very happy to welcome you everyday, and to make you discover the traditional French cuisine as well as the contemporary one and the most modern French fine dining.
