The two executive chefs, the “Kimsan Twins”, have gained experience from all over the world. Embassy Restaurant in Siem Reap is the premier fine-dining experience in town! Discover a Khmer Gastronomy Experience serving delicious food from all over Cambodia.
The two Executive Chefs called Kimsan Pol and Kimsan Sok (also known as the “Kimsan Twins” – although they’re not related!) create a delicious culinary experience for you to try. The “twins” are famous in Cambodia for the expertise and their cooking skills have taken them all over the world. They trained with Regis Marcon, the French Michelin starred chef. They’ve taken this experience and coupled it with their knowledge of Khmer cooking to create something truly unique.
Located in King Road complex, Embassy Restaurant is just a short walk from the Pub Street area of town. It’s in a quiet corner which allows you to enjoy your meal in peace. The two executive chefs create a new set menu each month with unique flavours from the various provinces in Cambodia. This set menu is coupled with a wine which complements each dish. There are choices between red, white, and rose wine.
Each course is served and the fully-trained service team will explain all the ingredients whilst serving your food. This creates a ‘story’ like experience where you will learn where the individual ingredients are sourced in Cambodia.
Kimsan Pol, Kimsan Sok, and the entire team at Embassy Restaurant work hard to provide the perfect gourmet experience in a cozy environment which you won’t find anywhere else.
