The Sophos Cooking Class takes place at an intimate restaurant, with beautiful decoration. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, this setting makes it easy to make friends with the other participants and keep the party – as well as the food – going. You can begin by learning the intricacies of Cambodian cocktails, with a tropical fruit drink that delights your taste buds. All these drinks are perfect for the savory dinner you’ll prepare. Designed by expert chefs, the dinner includes three meals you can prepare from 15 available dishes. These meals comprise traditional Khmer foods, as well as international dishes, to cater to every taste.

The Sophos Cooking Class is a new venture, started in 2018. The young Cambodian owner, Mr. Sophos Seng, has a financially-challenged background, but he trained himself to become a renowned Chef and Kitchen Trainer. Sophos Seng worked in Cambodian five-star hotels and now aims to help at-risk Cambodian youth who receive specialized training, to later help their families or enroll in a University.
