The school is open from 9 am to 5 pm, so you can choose a time that suits you best. Once you make the reservation, you will enjoy a free pick-up and drop-off in a tuk-tuk from your hotel.

Executive Chef Chantha will be your guide in your gastronomic journey. You will be picked up in the morning from your hotel by a friendly driver in a quaint tuk-tuk. You can enjoy a fresh Cambodian Khmer herbal drink while Chef Chantha tells you all the details of the program.
After that, embark on a true adventure roaming the streets of Siem Reap’s morning market, where our chef will disclose all his secrets on choosing the most aromatic fruits, veggies, fish, and spices.
Enjoy some fresh drinks and cold towels back at the restaurant, before the class. The chef will explain all about the ingredients and tools, so you can jump right to making your meal. You will have your own table and stove, and you will learn how to make four dishes: appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert.
Once you’re finished, you can sit down and enjoy the feast you’ve created, with a glass of exquisite house wine. Before the tuk-tuk takes you back to your hotel, you will receive a certificate of training in the arts of Khmer cooking.
