Champey

Champey is a royal fine Khmer cuisine restaurant, located in the heart of Siem Reap just opposite the Old Market. The area is the center for tourists and many locals too. The restaurant is situated inside a stunning old French colonial building and it is a listed building with heritage status. You can enjoy a wide variety of Khmer dishes which were inspired from the food served to the royal family.

For starters you can have spring rolls, mango salad, shrimp cake salad, and more. There are a variety of soups available including pumpkin soup, Siem Reap soup, Tom Yam, and other Asian style soups. There are many main course options available with prawns, fish, duck, chicken, and vegetarian options available. Popular Khmer dishes include Lok Lak, Amok, and Khmer curry.

Champey also features a number of unique desserts including the Banana Chef’s Special, Khmer Fruit Crepe, Pan-Fried Fruit Stick, Chocolate Mouse, and Fruit Salad.
