The Queen Cuisine Restaurant is located at Rd 6, Sangkat Svay Dangkum, near the Siem Reap centre and all its main attractions.

Because it’s so close to most accommodation venues and it opens at 10 am, you can easily visit the Angkor Wat temple complex in the early morning, then stop here for a nutritious meal to regain some of your strength before your other adventures. Likewise, considering that the Queen Cuisine Restaurant closes at 9 pm, you can have dinner here before heading to the Night Market or a night of dancing in one of the many restaurants on Pub Street.

Queen Cuisine is impossible to miss from the outside because of its lush green surroundings. The white and brown colours of its walls and roof are barely glimpses you catch between the tall trees that guard it. Inside, Queen Cuisine boasts a large and open eating area, with wide tables and comfortable chairs.

The tubular lampshades and paintings create a picturesque ambience, though Queen Cuisine is one of the most modern restaurants in the city. Although there’s no air conditioning, the ceiling fans and open design provide enough fresh air even for the highest temperatures in Siem Reap.

The expert chefs at Queen Cuisine will delight you with their delightful recipes. Start with an appetiser such as the Avocado Smoked Salmon Salad or the Grilled Honey Chicken Salad. Follow them with Asian delights such as the stir-fried cashew nut of chicken or prawn, Tom Yum Prawn, or the fried mixed vegetable platter.

The Khmer specialities are more varied, such as the deep-fried golden fish, fried eggplant with minced pork, Chhar Kroeung, or Khmer Amok for the main course. You can also enjoy some delicious Khmer soups, including prawn soup in coconut cream, Ka Ko soup, or beef oxtail soup.
