You will enjoy the unique experience of cooking with flavor-filled, fresh, and organic ingredients, as all the vegetables are locally sourced on an authentic Cambodian farmhouse.

The cooking classes comprise various delicious meals and are done under the supervision of famous local Chefs, well-versed in the secrets of Khmer and international gastronomy. The usual Cambodian meals feature more dishes which bring together contrasting temperatures, tastes, and textures, for a truly unforgettable experience.

Among the ingredients you’ll use are aromatic herbs, pickles, leaves, and flowers, together with a variety of dipping sauces and condiments.

The Adventure class includes a visit to the local market where you can choose all these herbs and condiments yourself, plus bargain with the local vendors. If you have less time, the Explorer cooking class is a fast-paced session that takes you through all the meal-preparation steps in under three hours.

The package includes a welcome freshly-squeezed coconut juice to energize you before the three-course cooking class. After you cook your meal, you can enjoy it with your fellow participants, over a glass of local beer.
